●The machine structure is single column style. The guide way of its table is slide one with rolling guide.Feeding system is fulfilled by the ball screw and AC servo motor,running with high accuracy.
●The CNC system use Siemens or Fanuc system, which is easy to operate and program. The system has abilities of linear interpolation,arc interpolation, spindle ability, tool ability assistant ability, clearance compensation, self-diagnosis ability, program storage, high speed, high precision and high reliability, raphics contour programming(outline basic graphic element can be quickly and easily build parts program), with graphic process cycle(any contour of workpiece processing)etc.
●Vertical structure ram: T-ram with 4 station electric tools.
