The CNC slant bed machine is placed on the base and should be levelled in the free state, then the adjusting pads are locked evenly. For ordinary machine tools, the leveling gauge reading should not exceed 0.04/1000mm, for high precision CNC machine tools, the leveling gauge should not exceed 0.02/1000mm. when measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out under constant temperature, and the measuring tools need to be used after a period of fixed temperature time. CNC slant bed machines should be installed in such a way that forced deformation of the CNC machine is avoided at all costs. The dismantling of components may lead to an important new distribution of stresses within the CNC machine, thus affecting the accuracy of the CNC machine.
After the inspection of the geometric accuracy of the CNC slant bed machine is qualified, the whole machine needs to be cleaned. Use cotton or silk cloth soaked with cleaning agent, no cotton yarn or gauze should be used. Clean off the rust-proof oil or rust-proof paint applied to the factory for the protection of the guide surface and processing surface of the CNC slant bed machine. Clean the dust on the external surface of the machine tool. Apply machine tool regulations to each sliding surface and working surface to make the sliding oil.
Check carefully whether all parts of the CNC slant bed machine are oiled according to the requirements and whether the cooling box is filled with sufficient coolant. Check whether the oil in the hydraulic station and automatic inter-lubrication device of the machine tool is to the part specified in the oil level indicator.
Check whether the switches and components in the electrical control box are normal and whether the cartridge integrated circuit board is in place.
Start the centralized lubrication device on the CNC slant bed machine, so that the lubrication parts and lubricating oil road are full of lubricating oil, and make all preparations before the action of each part of the machine tool.
