Technical requirements of CNC pipe thread lathe.
1、Meet all the regulations on quality management of equipment such as machine repair equipment.
2、The structure and production of the lathe shall conform to the national and industrial standards related to it, and all the linkage equipment between the accessories and the body shall be provided by the manufacturer.
3、The conditions of use of the lathe must be adapted to the objective environment of the operation of the equipment, and should meet the requirements of the relevant industry standards and various regulations.
4、Provide information on lathe parameters, product identification certificate, product type use certificate, technical data sheet and relevant technical information, and successful supply records of similar products.
5. These technical conditions are low technical requirements and do not specify all technical details, nor do they fully quote the provisions of relevant standards and specifications. The Contractor shall provide products that comply with these technical conditions and national and industry standards.
6、After winning the tender, the contractor shall provide the equipment foundation drawing, equipment installation drawing and instruction manual. Upon delivery, the contractor shall provide the general assembly drawing, appearance drawing, nameplate parameters, instruction manual, product certificate of conformity, quality inspection report, random spare parts list and other relevant information.
