Main structure and technical characteristics of the machine
1. Bed
The bed is made of high-strength cast iron and resin sand casting, with an integral T-shaped bed and a perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. The internal ribbed layout is reasonable and has high rigidity. x-way guideway is stepped, which can better withstand the overturning moment when cutting in z-way. x and z-way guideway adopts linear roller guideway to ensure no crawling at low speed and no vibration at high speed. x and z-way feed adopts imported AC feed servo motor driven ball screw stepless drive.
2. Column
The column adopts gantry frame structure, with symmetrical structure and even force. The bottom step structure makes the whole column light weight and good dynamic performance. linear roller guide is adopted in Y direction, the bearing housing and column are integrated design, high rigidity. the Y direction drive adopts imported AC feed servo motor driven ball screw stepless drive.
3. Spindle box
The main drive is driven by AC servo motor, and the power is transmitted to the spindle through the gear speed mechanism. Spindle front bearing diameter Ф110mm, using a combination of imported high-precision and high-rigidity bearings, high rotary accuracy, good rigidity, two gears to achieve low-speed high torque, high-speed constant power, to meet the different requirements of users. In addition, the gears in the spindle box are quenched and ground to ensure accurate transmission and low noise. The carefully assembled spindle has the characteristics of low temperature rise, low thermal deformation and high precision, which enables the spindle to maintain the relative stability of each precision during long-term operation. In order to reduce the thermal deformation of the machine, additional heat dissipation measures have been taken and the spindle box is equipped with a special oil cooler for lubrication and cooling.
4. Table
The machine is equipped with a table with a ratchet indexing of 1° x 360, the rotation is driven by AC servo motor, hydraulic automatic clamping and unclamping, the movement is accurate and reliable.
5. Tool magazine
Standard equipped with 40 chain type tool magazine, the tool magazine adopts cam divider mechanism, high precision division, fast tool change speed tool to tool 4 seconds.
6. Cooling system
The cooling system of the machine consists of spindle cooling and tool cooling. Spindle cooling includes spindle bearing cooling and gear cooling inside the spindle box. Tool cooling is carried out by water jets on the end of the spindle. There is also a spray system for cooling the workpiece on top of the guard room.
7. Hydraulic and lubrication pneumatic system
The hydraulic system of the machine is mainly composed of hydraulic pump station, hydraulic control of the table, hydraulic control of the spindle box, hydraulic control of the tool magazine and other parts. Hydraulic control components are selected from well-known manufacturers at home and abroad, each shift hydraulic circuit are installed with stacked valves, compact structure, easy to install.
The machine tool has centralised thin oil lubrication for the ball screw and guide slider. The spindle bearings of the machine are lubricated with precision machine tool spindle grease. The bearings on the spindle box gears and spindle box drive shafts are lubricated with constant temperature oil tanks. The components of the lubrication system adopt excellent domestic brands with reliable quality.
The pneumatic system of this machine tool adopts foreign well-known brands. The whole system mainly consists of tool magazine sliding door switch, spindle taper hole blowing, spindle air curtain and tool clamping blowing.
8. Chip removal system
The standard configuration of the machine adopts a combination of spiral and chain plate chip removal, and then the machining chips are discharged to the chip receiving trolley through the chain plate chip removal in the water tank.
9. Electrical system
9.1 Machine electrical system
The electrical design of the machine complies with the relevant electrical standards of GB 5226.1-2008. The power circuits of the circuits are protected by over-current and short-circuit protection, and the relevant movements of the machine have corresponding interlocks to ensure the safety of equipment and persons. The electrical system has a self-diagnostic function, so that operators and maintenance personnel can observe the operating status of all parts of the machine at any time according to the indicators and displays. The main electrical components are imported, and other electrical parts are selected from Chinese and foreign cooperation products, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the machine.
9.2 Electric box
The electric box is closed and the air conditioner is used for heat dissipation to ensure the normal work of the electrical equipment. The electrical box adopts slotted board wiring structure, the arrangement of components and wiring is reasonable, neat, beautiful and easy to maintain. The electrical box is equipped with internal lighting and commissioning sockets. A certain amount of space is reserved in the box to facilitate the expansion of functions.
9.3 Machine tool operation control box
Use the side of the electrical cabinet to operate. Equipped with a suspended hand-held pulse generator, which is convenient for setting and operating the machine tool.
9.4 Safety protection
The machine has an alarm device and an emergency stop button to prevent damage to the machine caused by various unexpected faults. Due to the rational design of the software, alarms can be displayed via the display with text and alarm numbers.
